Zuppa di Pomodoro Val Tidone - Home made tomato soup: This recipe is typical of the Tidone valley in Northern Italy. It is a dense soup made with Italian tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices.
Peperoni ripieni di riso: Baked pepper filled with rice, peas, ham and cheese.
Caciocavallo all'Argentiera: Caciocavallo cheese fried in extra virgin olive oil, home made red wine vinegar, garlic from Nubia and oregano.
Spaghetti al Pomodoro: - Spaghetti with home made tomato sauce (v). The organic spaghetti are made in Sicily using a very old variety of wheat and the tomato sauce is made with San Marzano DOP, one of the best in Italy.
All served with a basket of home made bread and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil

Spaghetti alla carbonara: This is the authentic, original carbonara recipe made with top quality pancetta and free-range organic eggs but no cream! Served with a mixed leaf salad.
Spaghetti con le zucchine - Spaghetti with fried courgettes (v): The courgettes are lightly fried in extra virgin olive oil and garlic then mixed with the spaghetti. Served with a mixed leaf salad.
Salsiccia Siciliana con lenticchie - Sicilian style sausages with lentils: These home made spicy Sicilian sausages are made with 100% top quality pork minced in our premises, with added spices and chilli. The lentils are of the highest quality and are stewed with carrots, celery and pancetta until tender.
Merluzzo Nordico (Gadus Morhua) alla Siciliana con pomodorini ed origano - Sicilian cod with cherry vine tomatoes and oregano: The cod is cooked with cherry vine tomatoes, garlic and oregano.
Dolce - Dessert
Home made lemon sorbet (v): A delicious, light, home made dessert to finish you meal.
